Worth knowing about the ****Hotel Sportalm

  • Our room rates are in EUROs per day and per person incl. halfboard
  • Local tax and lift contribution is not includet (summer € 3.40 per person per day (from 15 year´s)
  • Local tax and is not includet (winter) € 1.80 per person per day (from 15 year´s)
  • Our half-board includes a substantial buffet breakfast (the take of food from the buffet for later is not permitted) with organic products, and a 4-course set dinner menu with a choice of main course.
  • Use of the spa facilities (whirlpool and solarium for a fee) is not included in the price; parking in the basement car park is free of charge! (1 parking space per room)
  • Free Wifi in public areas
  • Bathrobes can be borrowed for € 5,-
  • Any services that are not used cannot be refunded!
  • Reductions for children sharing their parent's room: 0-3 years  5€ per day , 3-5 years 15€ per day , 6-12 years - 50%, 13-15 years: 30%
  • Reduction for a room on a bed and breakfast only basis: € 10.00
  • Our double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy. (Only on request!)
  • On your day of departure, we would ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 hrs. Rooms are available from 14.00 hrs on your day of arrival.
  • If you are arriving early or have a late departure, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel.
  • Our written booking confirmation is only valid once we have received your deposit.
  • We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung
  • Your are welcome to settle your hotel bill in cash, by 'EC' bankcard, Visa, MasterCard or Diners Club.
  • Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
    Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 50 percent of the price of the entire booking. 
    Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 90 percent of the price of the entire booking. 
    Cancellations and changes that are made late, as well as no-shows, will be charged with the total amount.
  • Due to the unforeseeable season 21/22 due to Corona, the accommodation contract can be unilaterally terminated by the accommodation company at any time.
  • Gluten- and lactose-free products are charged extra at € 15,- per person per day.
