Special times require special measures in our security concept:

A whole package of measures relating to hygiene & safety in times of COVD-19 accompanies us and we can say with certainty that we do everything that our guests can feel comfortable at all times and enjoy their vacation.

For hotels and restaurants, the 3G rule applies as provided for in the 3-step plan.

The 3-step plan:

• Level 1 since 15.09. - 7.11.2021: The 3-G rule applies: guests must be able to present a valid negative test result, proof of vaccination or proof of recovery at any time. Antigen tests are only valid for 24 hours. The upright 3 G status is a condition for culinary catering as well as for the use of the wellness area.

• Level 2 - valid from November 8th, 2021: Antigen tests with self-acceptance ("living room tests") are no longer permitted as evidence of admission - only antigen tests from a certified test center (validity 24h) or PCR tests (validity 72h)

• Level 3 (currently not yet valid - but presumably from mid-November 2021 or earlier): Only a valid negative PCR test result, a vaccination certificate or a proof of recovery are valid as proof of entry.

• You can find more details about the 3-step plan here: https://www.sozialministerium.at/en.html ... - please note that the validity of the step-by-step plans can change at any time! From the entry into force of level 4, only guests who have been vaccinated or have recovered may be accommodated.

Lockdown for everyone: From Monday November 22nd for a period of 20 days. From December 12, the lockdown is expected to end for everyone

What does the 3-G rule mean: ( since 08.11.2021 2-G  only Vaccinated or Recovered)

Vaccinated: A vaccination (with a vaccine approved in the EU) is only valid as proof of complete immunization

Recovered: Recovered with a vaccination are also considered fully immunized. Or up to 6 months after the illness with appropriate confirmation

Tested:  Antigen test (not older than 24 hours) or PCR (not older than 48 hours). The compulsory test also applies to children aged 12 and over.

All adults and children from 12 years of age with the entry status TESTED can do the following free controlled antigen self-test (valid for 24 hours) with consultation at the reception. These are also valid for the journey home.

Did you know that we are a member of SAFE SERVICE®?

SAFE SERVICE® is a digital support for tourism businesses and provides a clear and always up-to-date overview of the applicable safety regulations.

Under the motto “For our guests. For us. For Tyrol ”, companies can have their employees trained on distance rules, hygiene, contactless customer experience and the like. New requirements, for example for entry tests, guest registration and prevention concepts, are also part of the mobile training: Learning is digital on the smartphone with the specially developed SAFE SERVICE® learning app. If there are significant changes, the SAFE SERVICE® app informs employees directly via push notification on their mobile phones.

At the same time, SAFE SERVICE® is also a means of communication to position yourself visibly as a responsible host.
